Online Ticketing
The ability to purchase tickets online at our website is provided as a service to our customers. Although many theater chains charge a service fee for online tickets. We absorb the costs to give our customers the guarantee of having seats before ever leaving their home. These tickets are available through www.readyticket.net and links are provided directly off the front page or this website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, as well as our own Movie Money for online ticketing. MoviE-Town passes are not accepted for online ticketing at this time. Passes will still need to be redeemed at our box office.
When a ticket is purchased online, the amount for the ticket is automatically charged to the card provided and a ticket is removed from our inventory at the theater. These tickets are then available for pickup at any of our box office or concession stations at the theater. In order to claim these tickets, you will need to use the same credit card or gift card that you purchased the tickets online with and the employee will then print your tickets. If you do not have this card then your tickets will not be able to be redeemed, please make sure you have them with you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, MoviE-Town Cinemas is unable to refund any tickets at our theater unless there is a technical problem on our end. We strongly encourage you to confirm all show times and availability before purchasing any tickets online. Under extenuating circumstances tickets can be exchanged for another show time, but this is at the sole discretion of the manager on duty and requests must be made in-person at the theater. Online tickets follow this same policy as once the transaction is completed on the site, the ticket is removed from the inventory at the theater, thus lowering the number of tickets that can be sold for a certain show.
Also, it is strongly recommended that you arrive at the theater early before your show begins to ensure that you get the seats you desire. This is especially true on opening weekends as the shows are more likely to sell out. While purchasing a ticket does guarantee a seat within the theater, it does not guarantee which seats will be available; the remaining seats may be separated or in the front section of the theater.
Seating
Purchasing a ticket guarantees a seat within the auditorium, but it does not guarantee where those seats will be located, nor that a set of seats will be available for your entire party to sit together. Although our staff will try to arrange the seats available to accommodate your group, this is not always feasible. If you have a particular area you would like to sit, or a larger group, please make sure you arrive early to expedite the seating process. No passes or exchanges will be given to people who arrive at a theater late if seats are still available within the auditorium.
