Policies & Procedures
OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK:
Outside food or drink is not permitted in theatre. Management reserves the right to inspect all packages.
DISCOUNTS:
No passes, Gift Admission Tickets, Reduced Admission Tickets or Discounts of any kind will be accepted for Special Pre-Release or Mid-Night Shows.
R-RATED POLICY:
You must be 17 to purchase a ticket. You must be 21 to purchase more than one ticket. Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian 21 years or older in the auditorium for the entire presentation.
THEATRE HOPPING:
Theatre hopping or switching auditoriums, is strictly prohibited and will result in your removal from the premises without a refund.
NO RUNNING:
Running or skating is strictly prohibited.
PARENTS: Please make sure your children adhere to these rules to prevent injury to themselves or others.
DRUGS and ALCOHOL:
No alcohol, smoking or illegal drugs permitted in the building.
REFUNDS:
Refunds and exchanges are up to the discretion of the management.
DISTURBANCES:
Management reserves the right to eject anyone causing a disturbance in the building without a refund.
CELL PHONES:
Cell Phone use is not permitted in auditoriums.
CAMERAS and VIDEO RECORDING:
Cameras and Video Recording or Audio Recording devices are strictly prohibited in auditoriums. Click Here for Consequences of Film Piracy
LARGE BAGS, BACK PACKS AND PURSES:
We reserve the right to check large bags and back packs… unchecked bags and back packs will have to leave the facility. In order not to disrupt your visit; we encourage you to leave large carry in items in your vehicle.
Our concession stand offers a variety of fresh snacks and beverages including coffee, hot chocolate and pretzel bites. Be sure to ask our concessionist for the flavored coffee of the day.
Please be advised that children under the age of 17 will not be permitted into rated “R” auditoriums without a parent or guardian 21 of age or older. Photo ID is required to purchase tickets, and to enter (R)-rated auditoriums.
We will gladly take credit cards for your payment. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Sorry, we do not accept personal checks for payment.
Ticket purchases are available online and at the facility.
Sorry, tickets are not available to be purchased over the phone.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
In order to protect all of our guests and safeguard our presentation, all backpacks, purses and other large carry items are subject to search. In order not to disrupt your visit; we encourage you to leave large carry items in your vehicle.
To lessen disruptions, our cashiers do not sell tickets for shows that are twenty minutes or later into the presentation.
Expired coupons will not be accepted.
Please be sure to pre-print all Movie Cash/Hollywood Movie Money coupons or vouchers prior to your visit. Cashiers are unable to print coupons from cellular phones or tablets.
Donation Requests
Please be advised that donation requests are reviewed only once per month. Due to the amount of requests that the theatre receives, we are unable to donate to all organizations that may inquire. Donation requests are to be explained on letterhead, include a contact name and phone number and turned into the General Manager two months prior to the event.

THE MOTION PICTURE CONTAINS NOTHING THAT WOULD OFFEND PARENTS FOR VIEWING BY THEIR CHILDREN.

PARENTS ARE URGED TO USE “PARENTAL GUIDANCE”, AS THE MOTION PICTURE MAY CONTAIN SOME MATERIAL PARENTS MIGHT NOT LIKE FOR THEIR YOUNGER CHILDREN TO VIEW.

PARENTS ARE URGED TO BE CAUTIOUS. SOME MATERIAL MAY BE INAPPROPRIATE FOR PRE-TEENAGERS.

CONTAINS SOME ADULT MATERIAL. PARENTS ARE URGED TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE MOTION PICTURE BEFORE TAKING THEIR YOUNGER CHILDREN WITH THEM.
GENERALLY, IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR PARENTS TO BRING THEIR YOUNG CHILDREN WITH THEM TO R-RATED MOTION PICTURES.
